Research into Genre- Star Image and Conventions of my Video Genre

Star Image is exceptionally important now-a-days as this is how record labels promote their artists so the fans can know about them and see what they are like, what their style is etc. I have focused on Sia's 'Chandelier' to talk about the star image. However, where Sia is different to most artists, is the fact that she doesn't want the fame so has a look-a-like of a young girl portray her in her music videos, often performing very complex and beautiful dance. This is subverting star image as usually record labels promote the stars faces if talking about Dyers star theory.
